Bishop Chukwuemeka Timothy Frank Onyehara, was born in Achi in Enugu state of Nigeria.

He was saved at a young age. But in later years he enetered into the business world, and was successful in business; until 1998 when he could no longer deny the call of God into the ministry. He has been in full time ministry since then. Founding Heaven On Earth Prayer Ministry in July 2001 in Madrid Spain. Since then God has grown the ministry to hundreds of members in the headquater church, and 3 other branches accross Spain and Nigeria.

Bishop Emeka has a deep love for God. He has a compassionate heart for people and believes in supernatural prosperity (as it is done in heaven, let it be done on the earth).

He is a man of prayers and uncommon faith. God have used him mightily in saving thousands of souls, diverse healings like the mentally ill receiving their sanity, the blind seeing, HIV virus dissapearing, the barren becoming mothers of children and many more.

God has commissioned His servant to Bring the Kingdom of God to the heart of men and to deliver men all over the world from the oppression of the devil through the preaching of the good news and instrumentality of prayers.

He is the current President of African Gospel Ministers and Churches union (AGMCU) in Madrid, Spain.

He is happily married to Pastor Chidera Roselyn Onyehara. They are blessed with four children.
